1. The Paper was difficult than last year and cut-off will be low in comparision to last year
2. The Paper was difficult not because the concepts were alien but becasue the FACT-HEAVY nature of the paper
3. Modern India did a COME-BACK this year.
4. Absurd Environment questions were absent – Which is good.
5. The Paper was very LENGHTY.
6. UPSC made sure aspirants had the practice of CSAT paper in the first session itself
   1. Few Questions were as good as READING COMPREHENSION
   2. Few Questions required you to do MATH (Economy Questions)
